No, you couldn't tow but, with the anemic 2.3L Lima 4 banger. But, man could this truck haul! Moving a refrigerator? Grab the ranger! Taking the engine from my LTD to and from the shop? Use the Ranger. That 4-banger had plenty of grunt for hauling, albeit not with much gusto...

I wound up selling that truck back to the guy I traded my Volvo for. So, I effectively got a truck to use for nothing! (I did put a timing belt and water pump on it and that was $300.00...) So, basically, nothing...
