That rabbit man is Bramble Bellflower, Periwinkle Bellflower's father and the beloved man of the Bellflower Family. In this picture, he is tied up and helpless upon being abducted and held for ransom.

The kidnappers who abducted him weren't seen in the picture, but mentioned in the description. But the way he's tied up consists of arms tied behind his back, ankles and upper legs tied together, and ropes tied around his body.

Instead of his usual outfit in the majority of the series, he is seen wearing an outfit he mainly wears for carpentry, crafting, inventing, gardening and courier work. This outfit is something that I like the most out of Bramble's outfits. I even requested the artist who made this picture give shoes to Bramble, even though the majority of the anthropomorphic rabbits aren't seen wearing footwear.
