You were his superstar...
So i made a small story with this drawing. Its a little head cannon i have, where Sundrop is actually Freddy's best friend since all the other animatronics don't get along with him.
Then after each show, Freddy stops by the daycare to spend time with Sundrop and help get over his stress of entertaining children.

It was a quiet afternoon at the pizzaria daycare. Children were playing in the ball pit, others were doing arts and crafts. Some were in the soft play climbing frame. And in the middle of the room, the daycare assistant: Sundrop, was making sure all of the children were safe.
The humanoid attender walked around the room, looking at all the children as they played, making sure none of them were about to fall and hurt themselves.
Sundrop’s attention snapped behind him as he heard a child shout in fear, he ran at high speeds to the edge of one of the climbing frames, as a child lost their balance. Sundrop managed to catch them, before they hit the ground and he gave them a comforting smile.
“Hehehehe, careful there friend! Maybe next time, stay further away from the edge, ok?" Sundrop smiled as he helped the child climb back into the gap he fell from, watching him crawl up one of the soft staircases, before turning to check the time.
It was around the time the show on stage finished, meaning everyone was going backstage. At this time, sundrop would send the children back to their families in case they were getting ready to leave.
He stood on a small, plush platform in the middle of the room and clapped his hands loudly, managing to get all of the children's attention.
“Ok children! The Freddy Fazbear show has come to a close! Please make your way back to your families, just in case they are getting ready to go home!! Hope to see you all next time at the daycare!!!
Sundrop stood at the exit door of the daycare room, as the children made their way out to the main arcade area. He giggled as a few children gave him some goodbye hugs, and others gave him gentle high fives.
He saw one child who was refusing to leave and he gave a playful smile.
He wandered over to the child and kneeled down in front of him.
“Come on now friend, your mother’s waiting for you outside! Do I need to persuade you to go home?” He asked with a chuckle. The child played along and covered his ears, pretending not to hear Sundrop.
Sundrop giggled and wrapped his arms around the child, who burst into squeaky laughter as he was swung around in small circles.
The daycare attendant scribbled his fingers over the giggly child's sides as he carried him to the exit, the room was filled with the child's ticklish laughter as Sundrop walked to the door
The mother thanked sundrop for taking care of her son as they left. Sundrop waved goodbye and closed the door once everyone was out of sight. Giving a sigh, he skipped through the room, picking up anything from the floor and putting it back in its rightful place. He put the spongy cubes and tubes back into their respectful piles and put the arts and crafts stuff away in the right drawers.
As he was cleaning, he heard the daycare door open and he raised an eyebrow before calling out.
“Sorry friend’ the daycares closed for the afternoon! If you wish to play, come back tomorrow!
“Sorry to disappoint but i dont think im a child
Replied a rather croaky voice.
Sundrop turned around and saw Freddy Fazbear standing in the doorway. The sunshine attendant gave an excited smile as he skipped over to the singer. But he froze. The orange bear had tears in his eyes.
“Oh buddy… Have the others been picking on you again?” Sundrop spoke in a solam tone as the bear nodded.
“When are you going to stand up for yourself? They killed your best friend just so they can be seen on stage… They don't deserve to stand where he stood.”
Freddy just started to cry, his ears folding back as he folded her arms over his chest, not knowing what to do with himself.
Sundrop immediately let his robotic arms stretch out, and wrap around the mourning bear. The destruction of Bonnie was months, maybe a year ago, but because he had to hide it around his friends, he still hasn't gotten over it.
Sundrop gave his friend a concerned look as Freddy burst into tears, weeping loudly as he wrapped his arms around the daycare attendant.
“I-Im sorry Sundrop… Its probably getting frustrating needing to deal with this every week or so…”
Sundrop put his finger over the bear’s lips, causing the bear’s cheeks to create a small dusting of red, as he was shushed by his best friend.
“Now you hush right now. You don't need to say that, you can come here as much as you need, either to cry, or to just talk to relax from a stressful performance. I'll be happy to help you out each and every time. So don't you dare say that. Because this will NEVER get frustrating. Ok?”
Sundrop spoke in a soft tone as he comforted his friend, keeping one finger over Freddy's lips and nose, while the other gently neaten up his tophat and bow tie.
Freddy simply nodded as he hugged Sundrop tightly, nuzzling into his shoulder as he began to slowly calm down.
“Just remember Freddy… You were his superstar, and now you need to be the superstar for the children. Don't let them get under your fur. Ok? And if they do, I'll be here for you? I swear on my sun’s rays.”
“Thankyou Sundrop… Well. I should get going, I need to recharge ready for tomorrow. I know you can't leave here. But when Moon shows up, have him come by and say hi, ok? I haven't seen him in a while.”
The 2 gave each other a soft nod and hugged one more time, before Freddy waved goodbye and walked out of the door. Leaving the daycare attendant to finish his cleaning job, while the music played throughout the room.

I feel really bad for Freddy after the death of Bonnie, but it makes me think of what happened to Foxie and OG Chica

i think the fandom have decided that the OG chica/toy chica was remodelled to look like glamrock chica, while foxie was scrapped like Bonnie to be replaced by Roxanne.
Since he was too broken/dishevelled to be changed into roxanne

I bet Sunrise has also thought the same from the start. Questioning, and wanting to know, the WHY of it all. Why is this happening? Why are the other animatronics, and security drones, acting up? Why are they all after Gregory?
I expect Sunrise to discover how the light system is connected to the security system in the Daycare. The security door switch should NOT be connected to the lights and I bet it wasn't before. Knowing that, I just know Sunrise will be angry over who or what connected the functions and declare that he will have "a word" with whoever is behind this.
I bet Freddy would trust no other with Gregory's safety than Sunrise, and I bet that is why he originally sent him to the daycare so Sunrise could help them. Wouldn't you agree?

Oh yeah definitely. And he tries to prevent Gregory from turning the lights on by saying "youre gonna get US in trouble"
In a way to protect him from Moon
Because he knows that if Gregory turned out the lights, he will be forced to ban Gregory from the daycare, therefore putting him in danger of the other snimatronics, S.T.A.F.F and Map bot, as well as Vanny and Vanessa.
Then again i also like to believe that Sun and Moon are 2 different animatronics, which is why Sun seems to emphasise the "us" ecause not only will Gregory be in trouble with moon for turning out the lights, but Moon may also scold Sun for letting Gregory get near the light switch in the first place.
