So my roommate mentioned those old cheese stuffed breadsticks you'd get in school lunches and I got a mighty craving for them and looked for a recipe and found this: https://www.faithfilledfoodformoms......-bread-sticks/

Thoughts: I didn't roll the dough out thin enough, or rather, I did but had too much excess and folded it over rather than cut it off and it made it so it took a lot longer to cook the dough all the way. And it left a mugh higher bread to cheese ratio. I still have plenty of cheese sticks left over, so I'm going to try this again and make sure I'm not wrapping too much dough around them. Because these are tasty, but they'd be a lot better and more like what I remember if they have less bread around them.
