The lab was broken in by several henchmen of The Rule, an evil organization. They surrounded me rapidly and all hold guns out, their foreman walked in and speak, "Greeting, Aidan. It's time to contributed all your properties and the results of experiment to the organization."
"Pardon?" I asked, "I worked day and night, haven't gone home for years, and the experiment is so close, so close to success!"
"Ah, ah," he wagged his finger, "You are wrong. The highest leader is very pleased about your works. But it cost too much money, he just wants some payback. Don't worry, we will continue the experiment."
At least, I can go home if I gave up everything....
"Now, inject yourself." He smirked.
"What?"
"I said, inject the Nanobots to your own body by yourself!!"
"But the experi..."
"I know, not finished yet, so you will become a robot completely. As I said, 'all properties', including yourself." he pointed the gun to my head, "inject or die, not so hard to choose, huh?"
It's my doomsday, no way escape. I have to make one last begging, "Please, just leave my family alone...." then I inject.
He burst into laugh. "You don't have family!"
I was confused what he meant.
"You are becoming a robot. A robot don't have real family. And the organization will be your 'home' forever!!!"
I soon lost my control to my body, became a metallic status, carried out of my lab by the henchmen.
