What if Izuku not only had a quirk but it was a adaptable based one. You get a Doomsday Deku who has a pretty good resistance against all the shite he went through mostly explosion. Not a bad story I like that he isn"t immune to any damage he takes if he"s taken it before he just has resistance to it and I hope it stays like that later on in the story. I based Izuku"s Hero costume (first one was just shorts) on the Calatonians outfit you see Doomsday in first time and i imagine that the top falls off or retracts somewhere when he transforms and the goggles have a Gps or something so the support class will make it for him (he has some wardrobe problems with them heh).
