A lot of you know me as Meg, Megchan, Meggy or MRLKitty. Up until recently, I was exclusively on DeviantART. I was previously on a super long hiatus that I’m semi-back from. I don’t have any way to digitally ink and colour things, but I’ll eventually fix that. Until then, most (if not all) of what I’ll be uploading are sketches.

After decades of personal growth and being a cat, she’s the species she probably should have been, right from the get-go.
I really think I was too concerned with fitting in, and that affected a lot of my character designs. Most of which were either subtly derivative and/or painfully bland and basic. Worst part is that I was somehow convinced that I was proficient at anime drawing styles. I’m more in tune with what I’m good at.
Breaking free from my crippling concerns for what people think, I’ve redesigned ALL of my characters into something I’m way more happy with, and I can’t wait to share them. :)
