Project V4-X1(Codename Valkyrie) is housed in Facility Zeta-5 4 miles West of [REDACTED]. Codename Valkyrie is to be isolated from the rest of the facility at all times unless directly approved by facility director and board members. Only 1 individual is ever permitted to engage Codename Valkyrie at any given time; designated "Handler". Handler is authorized to provide orders to Codename Valkyrie and engage in conversation, though any discussion regarding the facility, staff members, or world politics is strictly prohibited under penalty of reassignment, disciplinary action, or termination, depending on severity.
Codename Valkyrie is to be housed in a standard 24x24 crew quarters, with Grade Gamma-1 thermally insulated wall panels and and a 14' thick, 4" wide, and 8" tall solid door made from Duranium Alloy. Door is to remain locked and sealed at all times. Only the designated Handler is allowed to know the code to enter Codename Valkyrie's quarters, but must provide a form A-23b release form, signed by the Facility Director.
If Codename Valkyrie displays any unusual behavior, such as speaking in an elevated tone of voice, appearing distressed, or pacing around the room restlessly, inform the Facility director and the assigned handler immediately.
If Codename Valkyrie escapes containment, the entire facility must go into VALKON-1 emergency lockdown mode; all weapon-approved personnel are automatically greenlit for live ammunition and shoot-on-sight orders, all doors are to become hermetically sealed for at least 72 hours, and any personnel trapped within must submit to full memory erasure immediately upon VALKON-1 disengaging. Any casualties are to be incinerated, their existence erased, and any family, friends and acquaintances forcibly memory-wiped regarding any information pertaining to the diseased staff member.

Codename Valkyrie is a cybernetically enhanced anthropomorphic humanoid, of the Lyrinus Celistae family; a rare breed of feline originating from planet 1-32-44-Beta, aka "Galora" by locals. Codename Valkyrie is believed to be the most effective assassin in the Galaxy, but unforeseen circumstances regarding its mental conditioning appear to have caused it to retain fragmented memories of [REDACTED]. Having been a [REDACTED] in its former life has left Codename Valkyrie extremely versatile, unspeakably intelligent, and frighteningly manipulative. Codename Valkyrie is utterly incontrollable by anyone other than the "Handler", whom is chosen seemingly at random by Codename Valkyrie itself. Once the Handler has been chosen, Codename Valkyrie will accept orders blindly from said individual, regardless of the motive, consequences, or risks presented to Codename Valkyrie. The only order Codename Valkyrie has so far been unwilling or incapable of completing, is the Handler's request for them to be executed by Codename Valkyrie. When presented with this order, Codename Valkyrie refuses with the repeated phrase: "Primary Objective contradicts given order. Disregarding order."

Codename Valkyrie has been outfitted with a prodigious arsenal at its disposal. It includes, but is not limited to-
-Two Dark Matter fueled Photon cannons; one in each forearm, accessed by mechanical re-modeling of the hand, wrist, and forearm.
-One laminated Titanium blade, extendable from the tip of the tail.
-High-Compression Hydraulic powered limbs capable of exerting an excess of 81 tons of kinetic pressure.
-Wavium Laminated titanium claws on hands and feet.
-Full perspective refractive stealth module, enabling complete optic invisibility.
-Radium reflective frame, enabling complete obscurity from most conventional tracking systems, including but not limited to RADAR, LIDAR, and SONAR.
-195 Degree field of vision, with a full array of optical modules. Colorized thermal vision, dimensional sonar vision, ultraviolet vision, and an experimental, compact prototype of the AEIAV(Accelerated Endorphic & Artificially Intelligent Vision) system, which is capable of [REDACTED].

Codename Valkyrie tends to be docile when its handler is not present. Only in the event of the Handler being in danger, will Codename Valkyrie go into combat mode. Based on previous incidents, it is confirmed that Codename Valkyrie does not require visual, audible, or any other sensory connection to the Handler. Seemingly regardless of the Handler's location, Codename Valkyrie will be immediately and intensely aware of his or her current whereabouts and situation.

Currently, not all is understood about Codename Valkyrie. Further research is ongoing.
