This is the rabbit boy Poppy Bellflower who happens to be the big brother of Periwinkle Bellflower and the eldest child of the Bellflower Siblings.
However he is in a huge misfortune, he's been captured, tied up, tortured and helpless by psychotic gangsters. Poppy sometimes gets into misfortunes like his younger brother, Dandelion, but either escapes or gets rescued at the end.
