This is the other picture that I got from Sparky_the_chu 's artslave stream!
And this is Patch's first solo appearance!... Though Artemis is implied to be just off screen! XD
Absolutely LOVE how this one turned out and am happy to give Patch some more spotlight. This adorable little (or in this case big) rat always makes me so happy.
AND it was tied in with another thing I like, hand/forepaw play! I don't get to delve into it much since I do have preference to ferals, which means their paws are all just the same, but with rat characters, like Patch, I get to have a bit more fun!
Squish squish the humans go under his ratty finger! <3

"In archaic terminology, a footpad is a robber or thief specialising in pedestrian victims. The term was used widely from the 16th century until the 19th century,[1] but gradually fell out of common use. A footpad was considered a low criminal, as opposed to the mounted highwayman who in certain cases might gain fame as well as notoriety.[2] Footpads operated during the Elizabethan era and until the beginning of the 19th century.[3]"
Artemis said Patch could be the Boss and Patch decided Artemis would be his Footpad. Sometimes Patch messes about with a mobster personality and it kind of stemmed from it.

There's someone else who enjoys being handled by enormous rodents? It's definitely not a preference we get to see often enough!
