A distant relative to Tom by pure technicality, he's the first of the new Capprini bloodline to have a non-dominant Ossborn trait, and is essentially just a goblin with some glowy bits and the ability to have the same energy output as a nuclear plant. As for actual, inhuman abilities, he's just some guy.
