One of my all time favorite TFs, one of the first I ever saw, was from the TV show The Pirates of Dark Water. In an episode called The Dagron Master, the master in question transformed the main character Ren into a dagron. While we saw his hands changing, most of the change was off screen. So I did what all good furries do. I went to  arania and paid her to make the full sequence.
