...Boy do I love this theme <3 Basically this diaper critter is a "costume" of sorts, and they come in plushie or rubber varieties too. They want to force you to wear them since a costume on its own can"t do much, but a worn costume has many abilities as seen here. And when you wear them, your personality changes too! Of course this bunny knows how to tame a few of them to help arrest un-padded citizens~!
