Shaz'sd is a female Kethaemil, a subspecies of Kethaematnet. But moreso than that, she is the epitome of strength that the Kethaemil possess, if any at all.

The Kethaemil females are more slender and much larger than their male counterparts, and are mainly used as the bulk of fighting force in the Kethaemetnet forces.

They are a marauding species.

The biggest evolutionary flaw in the Kethaemil is their tendril like forearms. Although they can be whipped at incredible speeds and can devastate most organic life, they do not have the dexterity or ability to hold tools. In addition to this, the Kethaemil are relatively frail, and have an intelligence barely above what is needed to be considered sentient. If they did not reproduce and grow to adulthood so quickly - and in such large numbers - the Kethaemil would have died off long ago.
