Background: In the Great Kingdom Izador, there was born a young cat named Koto. He was the Firstborn son to his mother Amaya and his father Akira. After Koto was born, his twin brother Judo came into the Realm. Koto and his brother were born with the same Blue Eyes, but while Judo was born with white fur, Koto had blue fur.

Koto and his brother were born and raised in the Silver Stone Keep on a count of their parents standings with the Royal family. Amaya and Akira were in the service to King Makoto of House Takara. Akira served as the Master of Coin, keeping track of the Royal Treasury and Amaya served as one of the ladies to Queen Nariko.

Koto and his brother were trained in the art of the sword since they were 4. Koto trained many times with Judo, spending every moment with his twin. Koto learned to use a sword and shield, archery and riding on horseback. When he wasn’t training, His father would take him and Judo to court to listen to the kings proclamations and focus on their studies.

Koto and Judo trained everyday to become knights, and their dream became true. Koto and his brother were Knighted by King Makoto when they were just 14 after wining tournament in celebration of Izadors Founding. Koto and his brother served as Knights to the king.

Koto proved himself in battle time and time again, protecting the King from imminent Danger. And when he was only 18, King Makoto appointed him to his Royal Guard. Koto was now part of a group of 10 Knights who were sworn to protect the King and his family. But joining the Guard came with Oaths. Once Koto joined the Royal Guard, he swore an Oath to always Serve and Protect the Royal Family until his death. He would take no Wife nor Father Children of his own. His Brother Judo joined the City Guard.

As a member of the Royal Guard, Koto was given a set of Heavy White Steel Armor and a Silver Cloak, Along with a Silver steel sword with a White Handle. Koto mainly started out by staying at the Kings side. He went wherever the King went, usually to other Kingdoms. Koto however hated traveling by ship because he got seasick.

For many years, Koto protected King Makoto from several attempts on his life and that of his sons. By the Time he was 25, Koto was named the new Lord Commander of the Royal Guard after the previous commander and three others were killed in battle. At the same time, Judo was named the Captain of the City Guard.

As Lord Commander, Koto was Given a seat on the Kings Council, same was said for his brother. He also had to record the names of all former Guard members and their heroic actions.

During his free time, Koto sharpened his sword, Cleaned his armor, read books, even played cards with his brother and comrades. He also attended Prayer at the Great Chapel, for he and his family worshiped the Great Divinity. Koto was not only an Honored and Loyal Knight, but he was a proud son and a devoted brother.
