I"ve been reporting them for... ironic reasons for about a year now. Just noticed this line a few minutes ago and now I"m wondering if I"ll ever get to explain myself.
In this case it was a Rockstar ad for Grand Theft Horse, and I reported it for other because I have recurring nightmares from the griefers in online and would only consider playing the damn thing if they enable closed friend only servers like in GTAO. My friends love playing it and really wish I"d come back, but I can"t bring myself to endure any more of that PTSD inducing shit. So here"s hoping someone who can do something sees this.

Pffff, this stuff is only flavor text. I don't use facebook, but I don't see why it would be any different from youtube/google or literally any other site that employs ads and has a large userbase.
The "Report" button is only there to make people feel better. Unless multiple people report ads for explicit content and/or child porn I refuse to believe that a single human is ever even going to see these reports.

ublock origin has eliminated all other ads in my life, it may be pointless but it does change the content of the ads I get.
