The waddle is one of the most sadly overlooked aspects of fullbody inflation. You've captured it perfectly!
I am not a fan of TF2 characters being inflated. But this was done amazingly well to where I really like it. Very well done job my scaly friend.
The helpless struggling hindering is the best part of any 'can still sorta move' inflation.
