Ok....a team of hoodlums or a gang or whatever is standard Pokemon game fare. But then you get, in this one, that they TOOK OVER A WHOLE TOWN essentially. Doesn"t exactly make the "protectors" of said place look very good....

Yeah...that guy was the only real officer there right?
Yeah...that dude let a gang take over the town he was in charge of...and now just lazes about practically, and whenever someone tries to enter...he gives them THIS little gem of a comfort...
Wow...was NOT expecting that...I mean...this is getting kind of dark...
Yeah, I know, the irony of that got us later, but at the same time...WHY is this guy still here?! He"s got an army of Meowth deputies---
Minus one if you knocked them out....erm...
--and he"s also...ugh....we"ll come to that later. But seriously, everyone, this croc over here is suppose to be in a protector position....wonder how many kiddies got traumatized by this dude.
