So this is a relatively old ref of tibs, from when his design was was new and being confused for a wolf was commonplace x3.
Its mostly for the purpose of showing some attire I have planned for him. I figured timing would be good to post this as a railway repainted their OCS in the colors of one of its predecessors (which is what the symbol belongs to and colors are based on) this was done by  Ketzel99
