1. Payment and Refunds
- Payment is in USD and is to be made up front before any work is started
- I require paypal e-mail for invoice purposes.
- A commissioner will not be added into the queue yet until payment has been made in full.
- If I haven't started on and can't work on your piece due to complications, I will issue a full refund.
- A full refund may be issued if requested only before any work has begun; Any requests made after work
has begun will be issued half of the original price. Likewise, once the picture is near completion/finished
(past 80% done), no refunds on said piece whatsoever may be made at any point.
- I reserve the right to reject a commission if we can't come to an agreement, but that does not mean we
cannot try to negotiate either alterations or a different idea.
2. Consent
- If my character will be used in the artwork, I will need to agree to the idea
first before payment is even taken into consideration.
- Any picture containing a character not owned by the client will need consent by the original
owner/owners of said character. They will need to speak with me. This includes gift art.
- Do NOT color or get another artist to color in my any of my art unless you get my permission to do so.
- If you are under the age of 18, do not request NSFW artwork from me. Lies about age detected during
attempted NSFW purchases or after finished NSFW commissions will result in ceased communications
and an immediate block; No warning.
3. Commissions
- Commissions will be announced via Patreon, FurAffinity, Weasyl, or both my Twitter accounts.
- Consistency of slot openings cannot be guaranteed but I will try to take commissions or sketches at a
monthly pace.
- A limited queue of 6 commissions and 6 sketch commissions will open with with 2 of each open
immediately to the public.
- An additional animation slot may open but is not guaranteed as they are time consuming.
- Comic pages and animations may take a long time to make. Feel free to ask for progress but please be
patient.
- Monthly commission waves finished early in the month MAY result in more opening later in the month.
- Forms with errors in fields, such as referring to private messages to receive reference sheets in the field
requesting a reference sheet link/image, as well as forms with errors during an overabundance of
incoming forms, will be ignored and I will proceed to the next person.
- Complexity may incur extra charges and will be discussed prior to payment.
- Art will be drawn in my style only. This is applicable to OCs that rely heavily on the artistic styling of
their origin (IE rubber hose cartoons, pokemon, Sonic characters, etc). I’ll make exceptions only when
commissions are advertised as such, otherwise.
- Sketches may be edited freely but anything past sketches, such as line-work or colored material
for example, requiring either many or heavy changes may incur extra charges (Heavy changes
involve complete changes in idea, pose reconstructions, or extra added detail not originally part
of the initial idea)
- Feel free to inquire for WIPs or about unfinished artwork if you have any concerns via any means
available (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, FurAffinity notes, or email).
- Does your commission have text and you want it in a different language other than English? Tell me
and I’d be willing to make an alternate version for free!
4. Patreon
- My Patreon is set up to immediately handle a transaction upon joining and future transactions will
occur at the start of every month.
-Names of patrons (displayed usernames on Patreon) will be added to a credits roll on my AFK and
ending scenes during streams.
- As mentioned before, commission slot openings cannot be guaranteed but an attempt will be
made to have slots open every month.
- Patron's will receive exclusive access to 4 commission and sketch slots each for a week.
- After a week, unfilled Patreon slots will open publicly.
- Full-res artwork will be available on my Discord server in Patreon exclusive channels.
- Discounts and deals are applicable once a charge for a tier has happened.
- Commission slots will be the only way to receive artwork; There is no tier that promises a
guaranteed piece of artwork. Gold tier still has to fill out a form.
5. Art Content Do’s & Don’ts
- This will be edited as time passes so keep watch.
- Keep in mind that everyone has their own definition of what constitutes as SFW and NSFW. I will
outline below what content is which on my own terms.
- If you don’t see something here and want to know if I’ll draw it, I encourage you to ask me about
it and we can discuss the topic.
- I stand firm on where each of these themes belongs. The only way any changes will be made is
if I add more to the list or I, myself, decide something doesn’t belong in a category.
- I won’t budge if you try to convince me otherwise. Please don’t be that guy.
Do’s:
-Furry/scaly/bird characters
-Varying body types
-Pokémon (with some exceptions)
-Digimon (with some exceptions)
-General art

6. Stream Scheduling
- Twitch streaming will be limited to game and SFW art streams. SFW
commissions/occasional sketch raffles will be drawn there when art
streams are announced on my SFW Twitter.
- 18 art streams will be done only on Piczel. Announcements for these
streams will be on my NSFW Twitter.

Comic page prices will be very dependent on complexity of idea. Displayed price is approximate
and price can be negotiable. Extra fees imposed will be relative to the base total for comic pages.
