Thank you for noticing that little detail. They are supplemental to the original outfit design; I took the risk to add something a little personal.
I love how he looks with that outfit, he's funny but also conservative, he looks a lot like Eren, he looks like something he would wear to go out with his friends for a drink or a night walk uwu

The truth when it was my turn to draw your beautiful evil birds, I had imagined something gothic like a dress in a cage, so I was left with the desire to design a goth lolita lace dress or something similar for Nessy...
But that idea was discarded when you told me they had to plan something evil, that's when I spent a week thinking that I could draw for you XD
