Plot: Meet Stuart Long the Oldest child of Longs as well only child who couldn’t turn into a Dragon. But has the powers of the Warlocks from his father side. But he still wish to be like his Mum and siblings able to turn into A Dragon.

Unknowing that what would happen to the world if he ever gain his true form as he called it. Could be reason of the return of the Dark Dragon

Chapter 1 Pain and love

A young male Human sighed in annoyance as he sat on his bed in an ok size room. His name was Stuart Long a, 17 years old and the oldest child of Jonathan and Susan Long. His hair was a messy redy-brown, while his Skin colour was a dark pale cream due to his family genes. Since his Dad was of British/American descent while his Mum was Chinese.

Stuart also had a few scars on his face and on his arms, as well had a Lion king tattoo of Nala on his left arm for his love of the movie and her. An on his right arm was a tattoo of a Black Dragoness, due to his love of a certain Dragon. Heck he was only half Human well even that he was a Human Warlock due to his Dad side of his family .The Warlock bloodline had pass his father thou so he was just normal Human who new of magic and magical creatures and married a Dragoness.

So that meant he was half Dragon too cool right? Since his younger Brother was the American Dragon and his mum, Sister and Granddad all could turn into Dragons. But Stuart couldn’t and he hated it and it hurt him so much to know he couldn’t turn into a Dragon.

Seeing his Mum walk around in her Dragon form or listening to his siblings talking about Dragon tasks, he felt like a alien in his house even thou he was half Dragon but it didn’t feel like it to him.

When he was a child and when it was safe his Mum would take him on flights on her back in her Dragon form which he loved the freedom of it all .As well being warped in his Mum wings for bed time story’s. Just like any other Mother and Son would do minus the whole Dragon stuff. So Stuart was very close to his Mum and he got on fine with his Dad but he was 100% a mummy boy and he happily accepted it.

Since his Mum had been there for him once they found out he couldn’t turn into a Dragon at the normal age of male Dragon at the age of 13 or since. His family told him maybe down the line he be able to turn into his Dragon form, but he was slowly losing hope. He was sure that he would never be able too and it ate him up inside.

Even thou his Mum told him not to blame himself and it didn’t matter if he didn’t have a Dragon form, she still loved him as him which did help Stuart for a bit. But then the falling out with his Granddad started due to this fact. He knew his Granddad was ashamed that one of his Grandchildren couldn’t turn into his Dragon form as well it was the first born Grandchild which stung him more.

But Sin was once very close to his Granddad before he turned the age of 13 and like his Mum he would ride on his Granddad back. Lao Shi even token Stuart to see the Dragon council with his Mum to proudly show him to them. An pouncing him to them to be the first American Dragon.

But that change after he hit 13 years old, as Stuart felt his sense became more in tune of a Dragon. Gaining the better Dragon Senses of sound, smell, taste and sight, which were fare, better than Human senses could ever whish for. But even with all his new Dragon changes inside his body, but no matter what he tried he could never change into his Dragon form.

Sadness turn into frustration and then to anger from his Grandfather words, to the point Stuart would refused to leave his room or would cry into his mother wings. Stuart knew this broke his mother heart, on seeing what was happening to her Son but she still believed one day Stuart Dragon form would awaken. Since it had happened to some other Dragons before, who had gain their Dragon form in their latter life.

This did help Stuart a bit, but still he was heart broken and once both his siblings had gain their Dragon forms. Stuart felt his jealousy grow, since on how easy it came to them .An on how he had struggled and did everything his grandfather had asked him but got nothing in return. But Stuart was still proud of his siblings but once his Granddad took his younger brother as his new student he pretty much stop training Stuart. Which lead to him to lash out one day on the same day his Warlock Aunt was visiting her brother Jonathan for a visit. It was also the day that change Stuart world a lot as he remembered it for all the good and bad on that fateful day.

Flash back 2 years a go, at Lao Shi Rooftop training area

Susan and Shona were just coming out of the door exit and to the roof. To hear snaring and growing, as well to see the Human form of Stuart yelling and shaking with rage at his younger brother Jake. Who was in his Dragon form snaring back while looking smugly at his bother as his tail swish behind him.
Susan then turn into her Dragon form to stop the fight as Shona was in her Warlock armour and was right behind her too help. While looking worried that something bad was going to happen, as the sound got louder and the words got more spiteful between the two brothers.

“ I FUCKING DID EVERYTHING FOR HIM! AN FOR WHAT! BECAUSE MY FORM NEVER TURN UP! HE TURNS HIS FUCKING BACK ON ME! FUCK HIM I DON’T FUCKING CARE ANYOME!” Stuart roared with range to his younger brother, as Jake snared in his face.
“FUNNY HOW BOTH ME AND HALEY GOT OUR DRAGON FORM BROTHER BUT YOU! HOW DOSE IT FEEL, THAT IM THE TRUE AMERICAN DRAGON NOT YOU. HMMM WHAT MUST MUM THINK TOO AN….” Jake roared back to him in a cocky tone, while baring his fangs at his older brother.

But Jake Dragon cockiness dispread in his eyes as they were replacing with confusement seeing Stuart eyes closed as his hands were shaking with rage as well they were glowing bright red like fire WTF Jake thought with fear!
Shona at first didn’t think much of it but just a normal brother fight. Until hearing a cry of fear come from Susan as Shona look back up in shock to see Sin hands glow like her did as she caste her Warlock powers.

“ Stu are you ok you scary me!” Jake said in a worried tone only to get push out way by his Aunt as a huge fireball shot form Stuarts hands and destroyed a side of the rooftop side wall as the remains were melting to dust. Causing Jake to look in fear and shock as he tries to get to his paws while his Granddad and Aunt look in worry.
“ Don’t YOU FUCKING DARE BRING UP OUR MUM UP LIKE THAT OR SHADE! HOW ABOUT I FUCKING SHOW YOU WHO FUCKING WEAK!” Stuart yelled with rage, only to turn and look to see a blur of purple scales flying at him.

“ STOP IT STUART! PLEASE PLEASE COME BACK TO US THIS NOT YOU! IT ME MY DARLING SON.” Susan roared/wailed as she had tackled the out of control human to ground.
Susan then looks at her Son face, which was a mixture of anger and hatred as Susan heard her Son Aunt chant something next to her. Soon Stuart eyes went back to normal as if he had awoken from whatever state he was in.

“Mum what going on? I was arguing with Jake and then wait I did that oh noo no!” Stuart said in a confused tone at first before seeing the damage to the wall and then to the worried looks on his Mum and Aunt face.

As well as seeing Jake still scared look as he stood by Granddad who had a disturbed look on his face.

`’ SHHHH! It ok my darling just rest my boy.” Susan said with sadness but relief as well because she knew her Son was back to normal again. As she cuddles him before he fell a sleep and then Susan took him back home.

It took them good a 10 minutes to return home, as Susan stayed in her Son room until Stuart had reawaken as he then gasp while looking around to see that he was back in his room.

“Mum?” Sin said confused tone while still being scared from what had just happen to him.

Susan said nothing but wrap her wings around him while crying her heart out as Stuart return it. As the mother and Son said nothing until they slowly pull part. Susan smiled softly while licking her Son cheek who giggle softly causing Susan to smile sadly.

“Im sorry that I fail you my Son! I should of listen to my instinct as a mother, since I would of notice this much sooner. But I was so use to my father and the Dragon ways of training. An because of that I didn’t see how much you were hurting.” Susan said in an upset tone as she felt she had betrayed her Son.

“Mum NO! You didn’t I just lost my control and temper. I didn’t mean to hurt Jake but I felt rage in my heart and burning in my hands and then I felt nothing! Thou I thought I couldn’t use Dragon fire Mum! Since I was not able to tap in my Dragon chi fully.” Sin said in a dispersed and confused tone to her, as it hurt to see his Mum sad.

As he then rubs his Human hands on her Purple scales as she smiled softly to her Son.

“ It ok my Son, Jake feels sorry for what he did it just instinct for us Dragons to act like that and double when it came to young Male Dragons. But that fire wasn’t Dragon fire Son! More of fire made form a Warlock chi.” Susan told her Son.

“Warlock Chi like Dad and Aunt Shona has?” Stuart asked in a confused tone to his Mum.

“Hmmm correct my Son and well you father never had Warlock powers but your aunt dose. An she saw and felt your fire powers like most Warlocks can. So it seem your Warlock chi has been unlock Son.” Susan told her Son softly.

Stuart said nothing at first but he look at his hands as they felt warmer then before the whole Rooftop accident happen.

“ I see Mum but what now? What if I cannot control my powers and hurt someone I care for! Like you, Dad, Aunt Shona, Jake, Haley and..!” Stuart said to her in a worried tone as he went over the people he care for only to be stop from his Mum speaking.

“Shade ? Don’t worry me and Nightshade knew about you two dating. Our Dragon instinct Son and you forgot to wash your self one night Son, since you stank of her. Just be carful ok you are too young to give me Grand hatching yet Son.” Susan said to him with a chuckle, as well being amusement at see his blushing face.

“MUM!” Stuart shouted embarrassed, as he heard his Mum roaring with laughter, as her tail swung back and forth behind her as Stuart started to laugh too.

Stuart them smiled at his mother since she knew how to make him happy from anything. As Stuart then felt her paws cuddling him as she started to speak.
“ You wont my darling and you know your self better then that! Also your Aunt Shona wants to take you as her student and to teach you how to control and use your Warlock power. But it up to you my Son and im not going to push you into anything darling. But I know you not happy, with not having your Dragon form yet, but with this happening it tell me something Son? For you to not lose hope darling it will come, I know it will. But even if it doesn’t come, I don’t care! You are my Son and I love you more than you ever know and would fight the whole Dragon council if then hurt you. What im saying my Son I am proud of you Stuart no matter what you chose with you life. “ Susan said in a kind mother tone, while rubbing his back with her wings.

Stuart smiled as he moved to kiss his Mum on her muzzle as she coo while she smiled at Stuart. Who was now in a better mood then before.

“ Thank you Mum and I love you too and you know I would do anything to defend our family. So I will accept Aunt Shona request to be her student.” Stuart replied with a smile as he looks at her.

“Ok my Son we are all behind you and I shall let you Aunt and Dad know ok.” Susan said to him as she then nuzzles him with love.

Stuart nods his head as he watched his Mum shift back to her human form before leaving to speak with her sister in law.

Stuart shook his head while remembering the past memories of his Warlock powers awakening that he had got 2 years a go. The training with his Aunt was hard but fair in her Warlock training. One thing thou she was way less harsh, on how she acted as a teacher compare to his Granddad but that didn’t mean she was easy.

She would make an Army drill Sergeant blush at her swears she would make if he mess up or did something stupid. But she knew when not to push Stuart too much as well agreed to not let Stuart grades fall due to his training.
Over the years he had got very close to his Aunt fighting skills. Causing some tension between her and Lao Shi, when she mention on how well Stuart was doing to dig at the Chinese Dragon. Who would grumble in Tibet at her only to not hear Shona mock him in Celtic.

But Stuart and Jake brotherhood had got much better and Stuart would sometimes help his brother on his Dragon mission. While disguised himself to hide his human face from the Huntsclan. Sure they had fights like any bothers would, but they were more closer than ever before.

When Haley enjoyed snuggling with her older bother in her Dragon form as he told her stories or help her with school work.

Stuart sighed as moved out of his room as he heard is Mum calling him. As he started to go down their stairs, to see his family.

Sin knew his Dad had gone to work early leaving the rest of his family to eat breakfast without him. As Stuart came off their stairs he started sniff a lovely lavender scent. As his Dragon instinct kicking in as he move towards the kitchen and started to stalk something until he pounce onto a warm body.

“ EPPPPPPP ah fuck sake Stu!” A tomboyish girl voice said to the Human, who had pounce her.

“ Heh they all mighty Shade scared by a Dragon in Human form you slipping cutie.” Stuart said in a mocking tone to her.
Shade snared in annoyance but them smirk as she pushed him up to the kitchen wall before wrapping her paws around him to then fully French kiss him.

As Stuart moaned while kissing her back, as he felt her scythe tail blade wrap around him, as he rub over her Ebony scales.

Shade was 17 years old and the niece of the British Dragon, who was her mother older brother. Susan and Nightshade, Shade mother were best friends since 9 years old, so it made sense for their hatchlings to be best friends. Which they were and they would always would cause mischief between them.

As well Shade also kept Stuart sane when he was disperses over not able to turn into a Dragon. She was always there for him when he let out his emotion. Till one day after he accepted whom he was. It made him see Shade in different light and decided to see how Shade saw him. As they both would see how the would react aggressive to any male or female trying to chat up the other one in front of them.
Stuart with help of his Sister made him take Shade on a date to the movie. On that date they open up the idea to become mates. Shade even told him she could care less on what he was she loved him for him as Stuart did for Shade.
It was also supported by both family’s but they couldn’t not have sex or breed until they were 18 which they annoying agreed to.

Shade Dragon form was beautiful, she had ruby red eyes and Ebony scales and her underbelly and wing membranes were rose red. From the head to the base of her rump she was 9 ft tall and her tail was 3 meters in length with a scythe blade tail tip. She had 2 horns on her head and she had a silver neck chocker given to her by Sin for their first mate anniversary

As the 2 lovebirds were kissing they heard a cough as they turn around to look to see a stern but amused Susan in her dragon form. Who was looking at them casing them both to blush before sitting down. Luckily Jake had stop Haley from seeing much of their kissing but he couldn’t hide their musk that booth of them had gave off.

See them sitting down Susan nod her head before shifting back into her Human form.

“ Right eat up everyone we got a busy day today. As well Stuart and Shade I need to speak to you latter in private.” Susan told them

Both Shade and Stuart gulp but nod their heads as the family carry on eating their breakfast, to be ready for their very busy day.
