"Subject Ragnarøk is a beast of strange proportions...sometimes literally. His appearance and namesake seem to be of self-inheritance (i.e. he "designed" and named himself?), with no records of his existence prior to March 11, 1991. With roots in Iceland, his name coincides with the Norse mythological event of the same name, yet he does not seem to showcase any apocalyptic behaviors. While his entire form is covered in dense black fur and muscle, the bones protruding from his form are not his own, yet remain firmly attached and controllable (see: tail wagging). His skull face is undocumented in our world, as it does not behave as a skull mask but his actual face, with bone being able to bend (and even blush) like muscles and skin, yet still remain firm to the touch.
His body has the ability to change in scale and proportions, being able to increase his overall height to incredible limits, the highest record thus far being [REDACTED]. While his natural height is around 8" (2.5m), he will often grow in different regards (sometimes unprompted or uncontrolled) to fill the room or space he is in, as if seeking the cramped feeling against his swelling form...or breaking through the walls to continue to expand. When he reaches macro proportions, he tends to not exceed skyscraper height (unless encouraged), where he often teases the smaller patrons that can see him with his power and size.
While he has the ability to change his form without exterior influence, he favors using various special tools/methods he has to fuel his growth addiction. Some of these commonly documented tools include:
> A size-adjusting ring with glowing Icelandic runes, that causes transformative properties when objects (and usually people) are passed through it
> A simple looking bike pump* that can cause others or himself to grow in different ways depending on its hose location. This includes rounding, hyper proportions, muscles, fat, and more.
> Being able to absorb physical energy (such as punches or projectiles) and transfer it to growing energy, where the larger the force of the external object, the larger he can swell.
> Etching his runes onto other objects to make them assets in his size seeking crusades.
> Other various documented methods include tonics/potions, magic, water, air tanks, exercise, food,
*Note: It is common for him to force the pump onto other people, encouraging them control his size depending on the extremity of their pumping.
Ragnarøk tends to focus his endeavors primarily in his quest to grow, although he rarely stays large for extended periods, and instead chases the thrill of growing to said sizes. He will also often grow while wearing different clothing, as he seems to get a thrill from the feeling of the compressing fabric against his expanding form, and feeling it shred across his swelling muscles. His jockstrap does not seem to be hindered by these normal limits, and has the ability to stretch and scale up with his growing activities if he deems it so.
His attitude is overall light-hearted, seemingly in contrast to his species and visual features. He does not act malicious, even with his massive forms, instead taking enjoyment in the teasing and showcasing of his power, and only causing destruction from outgrowing various spaces. He will be coarse and sarcastic with most patrons, but will become kind and protective/nurturing in nature to those he trusts or respects, often accompanied with the epithet of wishing to be called "Papa Rag". His behavior will become increasingly tender, using his massive form to cradle or cuddle patrons (sometimes involuntarily) to his warm large furry form. A fast way to reach these levels of trust with him are to either encourage/be the cause of his growth, or satisfying his craving of meat with regular offerings of beef jerky.
More research will continue to follow. I cannot wait to see what other forms and tools he develops for his growth, or what limits he continues to expand beyond. In the meantime, he has taken residence in my apartment as a roommate and continues to eat all my food and clog the drains with his hair, which I allow, in the promise he does not outgrow and break my housing. Just because I have renters insurance does not mean I want to use it."
