Hey, sorry, the joke was that in ancient Rome, a common sentiment among Roman statesmen was that Greece was a hub of moral decay enabled by Greek philosophy, which they just saw as intellectual rubbish divorced from reality, and the epitome of that was the well-known fact that male homosexuality was firmly integrated into ancient Greek culture. Since Dethcon made a joke about this pornographic depiction of a minotaur (a figure from Greek mythology) making him question his loyalty to Rome, that association is just what came to my mind.

I should have considered that for people unfamiliar with ancient Rome and Greece, the comment could appear really stupid or like actual hate speech. I'm sorry I didn't think that far, I just kind of blurted it out while distracting myself from work for five minutes.
