Real name: Sil"vyy von Bomba (von Bomba is Russian for stink bomb, FYI)

Powers & Abilities:
Despite being 3 feet tall, Sil"vyy has recieved military training from the Russian army, making him an expert in various firearms and hand-to-hand combat. He"s also a strategic genius, able to come up with brilliant strategies to hand him and his army victory over the enemy. But, he"s also an expert in the forbidden science of gene-splicing, creating mutant super soldiers to help him conquer the world.

Bio:
Sil"vyy von Bomba was born in the Russian military, and he was a descendant of a long lineage of Russian dictators, all of which, descended from Napoleon Bonaparte, arguably the most famous military officer in the world. To live up to this legacy, Sil"vyy underwent rigourous training from the Russian military, and despite his small size, he was able to surpass everyone"s expectations, and became a military master. He then joined the Russian army, becoming one of their finest soldiers, but has big plans to seize control of it, and start what he believes to be the next most powerful empire in the world.
During his time in the army, Sil"vyy often teamed up with Sgt. Stallion"s father, General Sutarion, to tackle very difficult missions all over the world. But, behind the scenes, Sil"vyy developed an interest in the forbidden science of gene-splicing, where he would take DNA of two different animals, and fuse them together to make a hideous monstrosity. He thinks that if he dabbled in this science, he could create an army of mutant super soldiers to help him bring about his future empire. But, when the army found out about this, Sil"vyy was removed very quickly, although he wasn"t phased by it, and pressed on.
Over the years, Sil"vyy has made his own armada, claiming it to be the greatest the world has ever seen. At the same time, he started his own gene-splicing operation in which he had some of the former Soviet Union"s highest ranked Russian scientists to help him create his "Ultimate Soldiers." After many failed attempts, Sil"vyy was able to give life to five mutant super soldiers who go by the names Rampage ( https://www.deviantart.com/scarlets.....page-562192202 ), Woe ( https://www.deviantart.com/scarlets.....-Woe-563826313 ), Strife ( https://www.deviantart.com/scarlets.....rife-564490812 ), Titan ( https://www.deviantart.com/scarlets.....itan-564670714 ), and Fury ( https://www.deviantart.com/scarlets.....Fury-564889448 ). However, his plans to seize the world kept getting thwarted by the Russian Undercover Fighting Force, and their top agents, Meryl Avianna and Eva Wolfstein.
Things got hairier for him as a duo of pseudo-Soviet communists, Comrade Crocovsky and Bruno Bearishnokov, decided to muscle in on his turf. Eventually, a feud broke out between the two, and it was difficult for Meryl and Eva to put an end to. So, they called in Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell from the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force to put an end to this madness. They arrived along with TUFF Agents Jason Blackclaw and Silva Vixenowski, only to discover that Sil"vyy ordered his mutants to kidnap Eva. So, Dudley, Silva, Allison, Stan, and Elvis infiltrated Sil"vyy"s based, only to find the skunk himself sicking his mutant soldiers on them. While Silva and the others dealt with the mutants, Dudley took on Sil"vyy, defeating him easily. After Kitty and the others thwarted Crocovsky, and both RUFF agents were rescued, Sil"vyy escaped arrest while Crocovsky went to prison, knowing that he"ll cross paths with Team Katswell again one day.

Personality & Traits:
Sil"vyy has a really bad temper, and he always denies any facts that his superiors give him, making him pretty frightening. He also doesn"t show any remorse to his enemies, and has half a mind to throw them into a river and watch them drown. And, because of his great intelligence, Sil"vyy is also very boastful and arrogant about his creations, and shuns anyone who says otherwise. In other words, he"s a bit of a jerk at times.
When it comes to his own creations, he doesn"t treat them any differently than his enemies. In fact, one of his mutants, Fury, was actually created by another of his mutants, Rampage, who has a deep hatred for him. He"s also very competitive when he hears mention of Crocovsky, whom he believes is trying to steal his thunder. And, Crocovsky feels the same way about Sil"vyy.
Being a skunk, Sil"vyy lets out a LOT of smelly gases, and he loves every minute of it. He also enjoys smooth, rich caviar fresh from the Caspian Sea, and would make it his last meal if he could. However, because of his arrogant nature, he doesn"t always think things through, and would often forget what he was doing for a while. But, Sil"vyy is still not to be messed with, and does everything he can to create the next great world empire.
