there is a british series titled "The IT Crowd" of two nerds residing in the cellar of a big company, doing the IT. in one episode one computer actually catches fire, and one of the nerds tried the fire extinguisher, which caught fire itself. looks at the label: "Made in Gt Britain". further more things catch fire while the other nerd sends an email to the local fire department (after privatising them they had an impossible long phone number which didn't work), which comes in at the end of the episode to do their job.
