Just a typical einiosaurus with some bioluminescence to him, he has a nice stripe of blue that runs along the sides of his face and body, starting from his eyes and going out across his face, then from his neck all the way down his tail, as well as a glow on his sturdy, yet hollow horns, all of this meant to deter predators while he walks around in the dark of night. And yes, he does have blue internals, but they don"t glow as much as he does on the outside.
