Keane and her children always had hair that was just their fur, which didn't really leave a lot in the fashion department. Most furries have different-coloured hair anyways, so it's only fitting that they get in on the coloured trend.

Of course, some don't differ too far from their original designs because they already had differences in fur tone, or have lore-based reasons for staying with their chosen hair colour.
