This is James' new character Fenyx, Pangorio's guardian where the Royal Palace sits near the tower base. Fenyx has many plushie guardians to keep an eye out for invaders or those plotting some nasty deeds. Like the other members of the family she has a personal diaper which is an Entei. The guardians are also in charge of changing Fenyx's diaper. Fenyx is rarely seen outside the tower, She can only be seen during the Feather Festival or the Bake Festival (due to her sweet tooth) and has a close relationship with the royal family, Mercury, and Kimo. She also serves as a tutor for one of Mona's Pancham siblings. Winners of those festivals gets a royal rainbow diaper from Fenyx herself and her favorite cake and deserts are rainbow themed too honor and respect her.
Cheating or doing bad deeds gets you the Pamp Penalty from King Hawk, but Fenyx may get involved and use her powers to turn criminals and thugs into diapers or plushies. Fenyx also wears a robe with the Royal colors since they guard Fenyx's tower.
Mercury shows respect to Fenyx due to being a former guardian himself, by being hired to keep an eye on the festival and make sure everyone has fun.
Relationship with Mercury and Kimo
Both respect each other alot, but Fenyx does often mock him for abandoning guardian duties, but she finds Mercury a fun loving guy and always welcomes to Pangorio with a Rainbow Wing. She doesn't even care that he guards a thief (Kimo) since she knows how fun friendly both are, and she also admires how he keeps Mona safe and enjoys each others antics.
She doesn't even mind some of the embarassing stuff Merc might do to Mona (due to doing them herself).
Relationship with Crescent:
Due to Crescent's actions King Hawk banned him from Pangorio, but out of respect for Fenyx, he temporary uplifts the ban to partake in the festivals as long as he behaves and doesn't do anything to ruin the festival, which he does join in when he's watching James and his siblings. He even has to listen to Mercury (much to his annoyance), but he doesn't want to upset the kids, so he does his best to endure since Fenyx's Arcanine plush guards are watching. Even if Merc would, he'd never kick Crescent out of the festival or upset the kids. Fenyx even lets Crescent into the library as long as he does nothing mischivous, or interupts their tutoring sessions.
Relationship with Mona:
Fenyx has sometimes done some humiliating or embarrasing things to Mona much like Mercury and Crescent, but she does hold a great deal of respect for Mona. Sometimes Fenyx even borrows pages from Mercury and Crescents book.
