While he might work as the sole, local blacksmith while at home in Ponyville, Honor's history goes back to his youth in the Crystal Empire. With the Empire's royal guard needing a local source of arms and armor to perform their duties, Honor has always been drawn to the craft of blacksmithing as much as his dream of serving as a knight. As the years progressed and he had gotten older, his skill had improved to the point that he could sell most of the weapons, pieces of armor and tools that he forges. While he doesn't have a proper shop to sell them back in Ponyville, as he operates fully out of the Sweet Apple Acres barn, back in the Crystal Empire, he is able to display and sell from a local shop that serves as the guard's supplier of equipment. Even if you don't plan to buy, you can always stop by to check out what he has and say hello! Meeting new potential clients is always enough to put a smile on his face.
