"Yeah, I'm winning, dad."
So this idea popped into my head yesterday while working on commissions and such. I was already prepared to put it on hold and at the most scribble out a quick sketch. While doing so, I went back and forth on how to proceed with the picture and eventually decided to just give the painting technique another go. It worked so well that I finished the shading in no time and was able to put this all together in much less time than I had anticipated. The background actually took more work in terms of arranging objects and playing around with a few things.
Originally I thought about making this a mature pic, but I liked the composition so much that I kept it clean. That way, if I ever decide to do livestreams, I can just use this pic for previews. ;3
The game shown on the screen is called Armello. It's a really fun board game style strategy/roleplay game with furry characters. I've been playing it again recently as it's perfect for a short break between drawing sessions. :3
Enjoy!

Oh! The lighting and effects are amazing, this absolutely looks like a real photo
Awww love the lighting on this one dude! I’m digging that smile too! I mean, just look at this handsome boy playing his games! Don’t know which one that is though! Any hints? 😅 Awesome work on this one! 💙✨
Thanks a lot! The game is Armello, as I wrote in the description. It's a really fun strategy/roleplay game in the style of a boardgame, hence the dice. :3
I love Armello, It's been awhile since I've played it but I was one of the original Kickstarter backers of the game.
I have that exact wireless keyboard at home... small world
god this is a really fun pic. Extremely sexy too. I'm just wondering...
Tony Tiger porn when? :0
anywho, amazing work, can't wait to see whats next ^^

Funny you ask that, since the mousepad is actually a Tony the Tiger picture I drew some time back: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/31398428/ :P
This looks marvelous! Can't believe you managed so much in so little time, you have my deepest respect!
Thank you so much! I was honestly surprised myself. And I'm just as surprised seeing so many people liking this picture!
I know, right? Originally I wanted to have a screenshot of Planescape:Torment on the screen, one of my favorite games that I have thought about a lot recently. I even bought the enhanced edition on Steam for the purpose of taking an original screenshot and not resorting to taking one from the store page or google.
But I realized that the background render had too much of a blue hue and that game is heavy on brown and dark colors. So I decided to switch it out with another game. It had to be one that was easily playable with a touchpad / wireless keyboard so I wouldn't get buried by comments saying "How is he playing a shooter with a touchpad?". So I started thinking which game would fit and quickly jumped to Armello. I did browse through a bunch of my screenshots to find one that had a sufficient blue hue in it.
I stumbled upon that one, which I took when during one game I had accumulated so much Rot and attacked the king very late, so I had gathered that insane amount of dice. I ended up using this because I figured those familiar with the game might get a kick out of it.
So yeah, a bit of backstory for you there. :3

I personally think Armello also fits very well in an anthro-only universe.
wow this is scary. I was just playing armello like this.
Jesus dude, the lighting in this is superb! I almost thought it was a 3D render at first.
Thank you! :3 You're half right, the background is a 3D render in its core to which I add a few things as well as touch them up.
My only question is why two keyboards, if this is a normal sitting position?
but question aside, fun picture. Nice play on things. ^^

Obviously, because one keyboard has a touchpad so I can use the mouse ingame. :P
can i play too?
beautiful work
the blue eyes really do it for me and also the tiger, great work

There is soooo much in this picture that makes this awesome. Tony the tiger mousepad, keyboard held up by his dick, the hand sanitizer (lube), you put so much detail into it! Amazing work!
Wow, echt schön geworden. Der Lichtschein ist perfekt *Untern Tisch husch und mit dem "Joystick" mitspiel*
I love this! The lighting and the style is so different from what I'm used to. Also the amount of dice you have... I don't think the King has a chance, unless he has more rot than you do ;D
A very flattering pose for the coach! I love the dark lighting you've used in this piece. The rim lights accentuate his shape beautifully, right down to the glow of his cheek fur. The shadows also give a delightful tease about what I'm not allowed to see. :3
That's more "regular" incarnation of Night, not Coach. ;3 And thanks a lot! It's a huge compliment coming from you. <3
Oop, apologies for the error. I guess the perspective fooled me by making his upper body look larger and a bit coach-like. :)
Yoooo that phone looks like mine! Was it modeled after an Xperia XA2 Ultra? :D
Wonderful lighting! And I do believe I spot “PREY” hiding over there! Wonderful game, I really need to replay it!
Nice catch! :3 I was debating with myself on what game to put there and Prey just popped into my head. Definitely one of the biggest surprises in gaming for me in recent years. Such a wonderful reincarnation of the System Shock style games. :3
The lighting is sublimely well done, point of view & pose, brilliant.
It seams that hes hiding something under the keyboard?
Thank you, Night.

I'm kind of amused that nobody commented on lgltech, Sorny and Anus thus far... xD
Zwei Tastaturen... DEKADENT! :D Das Licht sit richtig toll geworden bei dem Bild, super Atmosphäre.
OMG i love this! as a streamer this is so cool! and I am so inspired by this

"Yeah, I'm winning dad."
Something something joke about incest... Something something father-son sex while gaming.
Urgh... I am really not on my game this year when it comes to sudden witty comments.

This is just stunning, the lighting against the chest, the shadows you've managed to add from that all just make this feel very, very real as if this was a photo rather than art that's been drawn. Amazing stuff as always and love the hidden little details.
The lighting and detail on this pic... hot damn
Also, Armello! Been a while since I saw that game

Thanks!
Been getting into the game recently and really came to enjoy it once again.

Shit, I bet this took a while to draw... The lighting gives such a beautiful aesthetic, and pulling that off with such an unusual pose is seriously impressive. I absolutely adore this!
Thanks so much! As I wrote in the description, it actually didn't take that long to draw at all, which surprised me.
Maybe this seems a mature picture because it look like the keyboard is resting in his hard-on
Amazing details on the pc stuff. nice shadows.
i bet his joystick is somewhere :D

Oh wow...even for you, the amount of detailwork, the coloring, and the lighting in this are phenomenal! Add in that awesome angle, that friendly and welcoming expression, and just that hint of naughtiness at the keyboard, and you've got one of your best pics yet.
This is absolutely one of the most beautiful arts i have seen! completely in love with it. Such awesome work! 🧡
this is still one of my all time favorite pieces of art, I hope one day I can get art from you
