In DustinOmniverse, in an alternate universe called Monsterworld, an abnormally untold event causes the sun to diminish and Earth has gain three eternal full moons, making the world forever night time. The three full moons also magically transform all humans, animals, and creatures into monsters, making the planet into a monster civilization, renaming the Earth as Monsterworld with everyone living different new lives as monsters. The AGU gang are a clan of Reptars. They do several works fit for giant monsters, and they do giant monster wrestling as their past time (like the upcoming "Rumble" animated film).
In an another alternate universe called Kaijuworld, a new soda drink called Monsta-Cola is released around the world. However, in an attempt to sell Monsta-Cola faster, the company skipped health regulation protocols, leading to the drink being so toxic that anyone who drinks it transforms into giant kaiju monsters. After that, Earth becomes a planet inhabited by Kaijus and is renamed as Kaijuworld. The AGU gang drank the Monsta-Cola and it transform them into Reptars. However, despite their transformation, they remain their normal selves and adapted their lives as friendly kaijus.
In New Animal Life, in an alternate dimension called Monster-Earth, the AGU gang live together as Reptars, doing different jobs that involve their gigantic size.
