This big-footed guy is wearing a lab coat, and totally seems like he'd have all sorts of science-like credentials.
He probably knows that dragons make good pets. What's more, this stray is a small breed! Barely gets bigger than a dog, fully grown! Dragons do need regular exercise, however, and rumor has it they tend to get rather lazy if they spend too much time indoors...

What makes you think she's going to get fat? Are you implying that *Dr.* PhealGud would be irresponsible with her care and diet? Inconceivable. XD
