i needed something simple that would catch the attention and a very short number of frames, with 23 frames, i have gone a bit overboard and had to simplify even further.
To be clear:
your criticism is on point and correct, but i'm barely at the beginning, so even doing something as silly as the tiny bounces of the thumb and hand, and finally implementing the blasted motion blur, took far more time than i had anticipated to.
Also i have very little time to dedicate to these things due to me having a "more than full time job" (i.e.: even getting as much as an afternoon and evening off each week during a week end often gets me reprimanded for "slacking" due to abusive work environment)
So... what is done is done, will try and do better next time, but: baby steps.

I'm actually trying to give the impression she is a robot more than she is a living being, so i want some slight imprecisions and bounces in the movements, due to high mass and powerful actuators will try to see what i can do.
So...even when it feels like i'm excusing myself for "missing the target"... i'm still writing down this kind of feedback. 👍💖

Yes that is true she is mechanical. And still you can keep mechanical stiff movements but also some overall body movements and wobble to make animation look bit more realistic. When machine comes to sudden stop there would be tiny-wee shock send across it. All lose parts and ll moving parts would have at least slight wobble to it.
Also originating arm movements from shoulder makes em look better too.
