I always, always loved him and the others from the PSA's. I used to see them everywhere but I mostly remember the commercials that they played on UPN at like 5:30 AM when sailor moon was on before school haha. ❤

I have vague recollections of this character, but I don't remember where from. I wanna say my kindergarten class did a trip to a dentist and this got shown to us before we went? Or maybe it was somewhere else... it was a long time ago.

I remember this guy! Instant nostalgia when I saw this. I mostly remember the one about putting babies to nap only with water in their bottles for teeth health. I feel old but thanks for the good memory! :)
