I don't think it is a grackle..? The original picture is very low res, so I can't be sure (I'm also not an expert on birbs)
Even if it is grackle though, the original meme is called 'crow of judgement', so I would've used that as a name and a tag ;D

Well, I'm not sure what species it is, I just know that it's not a crow. The reason I know is because it lacks nasal bristles which almost all corvids have (with the rook being one of, if not the only exception), I'm also not sure if any birds in the corvus genus have yellow eyes.
And I did find out after making the original comment, the name of the entire meme is inaccurate fgggvgggv
