It was a long time coming, but finally, the otter that I had seen while asleep one night about when I was in college is put to life and is active in the FF'dom- and is going to be in future arts!
I have seen this otter in the dream, and it was talking to me actively and we had a good happy chat between him and the real me. He was not this way, but I have customized him so he looks unique from others. For example, do look at the ankles, they are colors that are common from the schools that I went to in my entire life.

And so, here is the bio and personality of Ashley:

Ashley Chester Nimitz Kenefick is a river otter that likes being in the city, but does live close to a body of water as naturally, otters are water creatures. He comes from a rich heritage of families serving the Navy or the Coast Guard, but is thinking of being in the Marines (he isn’t in it now.) He’s adventurous- he on occasion, goes by plane, boat or train to many places. He can be more of a sole traveler-he does go into nature himself, and is very brave. He likes the cold to warm weather, but never hot. His temperature range is between 88*F to 10*F- anything colder is unacceptable for him and would rather be in hibernation in a warm area.
His favorite sports to watch are ice hockey, water polo, basketball and baseball- to play is hockey. As he does like hockey, he does have some liking to some NHL teams that are more known to be oriented to the wildlife, and he has grown his hair to have a mullet like the only hybrid mascot in the NHL, Nordy of the Minnesota Wild: https://www.nhl.com/wild/fans/nordy . He does like heavy metal and has a mullet for that, and his hair is a natural red, but dyed it to become redder. To stay on music, he does like all music, but the least he likes is its cousin, rap.
He likes all colors, except violet/purple, and orange, and he sometimes has those stripes on his ankles (sometimes wrists) as a show off if he has to have a premeditated fight with somefur-like war paint. He does have a penchant for intelligence, and he likes science, but he does want to use intelligence whenever he is going to fight, and therefore this is more of battle paint on him so to show his brain and brawn whenever he has to get into combat, but he is a peace lover. He is friendly, but in some ways, punky.
He is single and is bisexual-more in preference, females, and wants to have biological offspring. His favorite body part is his tail, he takes care of it as much as he takes care of his feetpaws. He likes being tickled and giving them, and his feetpaws are very ticklish, along with his armpits, belly button and crotch. He’s more of a macro/micro when the opportunity manifests, but is into vore as both predator and prey. He, along with my other sona, Alfred are educated and have a master’s degree and both are involved in business and the sciences.
His favorite foods that he would CRAVE are any fish, crab and lobster- and would fight those crustaceans even when he gets pinched!

Do note that this is temporary and unfinished. The artist is going to add a few more details to the Reference Sheet of Ashley soon when he has time as what is missing is the inside of the ears and other stuff. I do not mind him digitrade as that is how naturally, otter feets are, but I can take plantigrade as well. However, I am happy to see this debut of him, and I hope you like him. He will be in great arts of him in the future!
