Now here's a before and after comparison between both pictures of my Chase since now he has a pup pack, as we can see Chase isn't really prepared to go on a PAW Patrol mission without his Pup Pack on before, so now that he does have his pup pack on he is now ready and prepared for a PAW Patrol mission when Ryder needs him. So no more Chase without his pup pack where's he's just a normal pup in a blue uniform without any tools, Chase is ready to stop bad guy and is on the case cause his paws up hold the laws for any mission that he's needed.
