So here's what Chase looks like without his pup pack here he just looks like he didn't needed it at all, cause without his pup pack he just looks like he isn't prepared nor does he look like he's ready for action, he just looks more like he's about to take a nap without his pup pack or something similar like that. Yes I am aware that there are some episodes of PAW Patrol where Chase didn't have his pup pack, but some of these episodes we animation errors and some episode might have a bit of some goofs in them.
