Tangle's Past

thanks to an idea tomtodd774 has gave me... just like with whisper opening up of her own past... its tangle's turn to open up hers.... a small one was opened when tangle told of her fear of tight places.. but thats a start.... this however.... will be about the fate of her parents.... Jewel the beetle will send Jared on a soul search quest... the quest of Tangle's past.... enjoy

Narrator: you heard the stories of how whisper opened up her past with the start before she was adopted of what happened to her team, sonic's story about how the IDW comic was also based on a real story during the era of M.e.g.a chronicles 1 and to the past of what happened to her clan... this time... this is focused on a Tangle.... one small one was opened and it was regarding her fear of tight spaces... this time... in today's tale... we have our eyes focused... of the story... of Tangle's past..


-Stupid mario and Lyric's bedroom of the Kato/Prower residence-


Stupid Mario and Lyric: -playing borderlands 2 of the start of roland's rescue mission-

Tangle: -walks by hold in an ice cold glass of DP and sees what the idiots are playing-

-TV-

Hyperon Robot: -explodes on both Stupid mario and lyric's characters-

Tangle: -eyes widens as she drops her glass which hits the floor as she is having flashbacks and such and gets really angry and rushes over and proceeds to destroy Stupid Mario's X-box and TV-

Lyric: HEY!!!

Stupid Mario: YOU A STUPID A B***H THE F**K IS A WRONG WITH A YOU!!!???

Lyric: YA WHAT THE F**K IS WRONG WITH YA AND SUCH GET THE F**K OUTTA OUR AND SUCH YOU FUN RUINER I BET YA PARENTS BE ASHAMED IF THEY SEE IT!!!

Tangle: -hears the word parents means her original parents and proceeds to run to her room-

Jewel: -sees her run by and realizes why she ran to her room and then gets angry and walk up to Stupid Mario and Lyric and slaps them both hard because they may of triggered something of what happened to Tangle when she was 6- WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO!!!

Stupid Mario and Lyric: !

Jewel: HOW DARE YOU TRIGGER HER BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO HER WHEN SHE WAS 6 YOU COMPLETE MORONS!!! UGH!!! -stomps off to the living room-

-in the living room-

Jared: -watching tv-

Jewel: -stomps into the kitchen in anger and proceeds to sit down to calm down-

Jared: -walks over to Jewel- Jewel??

Jewel: WHAT!? -looks to see its Jared and sighs- sorry...

Jared: its fine.. O.o what happened upstairs I heard some cussing and 10 seconds later ya started yelling

Jewel: -sighs as she is worried for tangle-

Jared: jewel??

Jewel: okay.... something... happened to.... -sighs and fiddles with Jared's Pipboy 3000-

Jared: ?

Jewel: if ya wanna know just start at Spiral hill village... find the answers there of where it started

Jared: -nods- alright.. keep in mind this is gonna be my first time visiting that sector

Jewel: -nods- good luck

Jared: -nods as he gets geared up and such-

-Mission Begin: Tangle's Past-

-3 hours of traveling by Via Combat Swoop bike-

Jared: -riding and sees Spiral Hill Village ahead and stops at the enterance as he is wearing his combat gear with Dust mask, and sunglasses on since he had get through a desert area and such and gets off and walks into the village-

-Spiral Hill Village-

Spiral Hill Villagers: -notices Jared as they know he is the adopted father of Tangle and Whisper and wondering why he is here-

Jared: -walks and such and walks to a living relatives which happens to be Tangle's grandparents house and knocks on the door-

Aito The Lemur: -opens door- yes can I help you??

Jared: hey... I assume ya tangle's grandparent yes??

Aito The Lemur: -sees its the one who adopted Tangle- oh goodness ya the one who adopted Tangle right... O.o she's been sending letters to me and my wife... come in come in

Jared: -walks on in-

Aito The Lemur: Sara we got a visitor.... its the adopted father of our granddaughter Tangle

Sara The Lemur: -walks on in- oh my.. O.o I wasn't expecting this.. what brings ya here

Jared: -sits down- yes Jewel gave me this quest.... I was wondering if ya can give me any direction where to start

Aito The Lemur: what is this regarding??

Jared: lets see.. earlier this morning I heard yelling upstairs two idiotic indivisuals yelled at Tangle about something and then like 10 seconds later heard jewel yelling at them... something regarding that happened to tangle when she 6

Sara The Lemur: sigh... I was afraid this was gonna get brought up and such

Aito The Lemur: -sits down while Sara was getting photos-

Sara The Lemur: -walks over with a photo album and opens it and shows Tangle's parents one of them in particular happens to be Sara and Aito's daughter with her husband- these two.. these are tangle's parents.. one of them is my daughter...

Jared: what were their names??

Sara the lemur: Kentaro and Ishi... we were watching Tangle when jewel came over to play in the house... it was.. her parents Wedding anniversary so they went out at an area thats far from the village.... the said area is abandoned cuz Eggman back in the day invented something that causes all his robots to blow up and such to take out their enemies....

Aito the lemur: the area is another village there... completely abandoned because while the attack was going on it triggered a volcanic eruption which led survivors of the attack to flee for their lives... the said survivors is here in this very village now... if ya want to know the location... go see our village head elder Junichiro... he'll tell ya the name of the villages thats been abandoned... hopefully ya find the answers ya seek

Jared: where is he at??

Aito the lemur: the monastery on the hill... he's the head monk there.. if he asks tell him I sent you

Jared: I see.. thank you for your time

Aito the lemur: your welcome and uh.. ^^ thanks for adopting our granddaughter and also Grandson Kane as well heard he has transferred to another unit in your hometown yes??

Jared: correct on that

Sara The Lemur: maybe sometime later down the line we can move in to ya neighborhood

Jared: heh... =3 as a matter of fact I do believe theres a house on sale and its across the straight from my residence -smiles as he gets out the card of the Realtor that made his residence and gives it to them-  if the folks there asks just let them know I refereed ya to them

Aito The Lemur: of course thank you and uh a bit of a request... don't tell tangle we'll be moving in ya neighborhood... I like this to be a surprise for her

Sara The Lemur: ^^ yea

Jared: of course -smiles bows like the japanese since he knows both of them has Japanese background and then proceeds to head to the Monastery-


-Spiral Hill Village Monastery-


Jared: -makes it and then walks inside and sees Monks everywhere doing their thing and watches a moment-

Junichiro: -walks over and sees Jared- ahh yes... the adopted father of Tangle... what brings you here???

Jared: -turns to him- Tangle's grandfather sent me here... and-

Junichiro: I know why ya here... its the fate of what happened to Tangle's parents yes??

Jared: yes thats correct... I was told ya can give me the location of the said village thats been abandoned

Junichiro: yes... Lava Hill village... there was a volcano that blew up during the attack.. the said Volcano has been dead for a long time no so ya have no worries of it blowing its top again... just keep in mind theres a lot of ash in the area that was left over so ya may wanna equip a rebreather mask... the said dust mask on ya won't help at all

Jared: I see

Junichiro: -walks off to get something and walks back in and gets out something- this once belongs to Tangle's father... a special rebreather mask back when her father was at war... it should help you navigate the village easier and such.. use it well

Jared: thank you.. I will make sure to have use of it

Junichiro: now ya must wondering where Tangle's parents is burried I will show you follow me

Jared: -nods-

-at the Monastery's graveyard-


Junichiro: -walks and shows it- right here

Jared: -kneels to it and does the japanese prayer since he also has japanese background as he prays quietly in japanese-

Junichiro: you know the Japanese prayer... tell me does ya family have a Japanese background

Jared: yes.. my father does.. before he became a prower he was a kato at one point and when he met my mom well ya.. ^^ heh

Junichiro: now then I know ya got a long journey ahead of ya.. good luck

Jared: thanks -stands up and heads out-

-a lil later-

Jared: -has the rebreather equiped on his face while he has his sunglasses on as he makes it to the enterance to lava hill village and sees as it was described to be abandoned and ash flicking in the air still and the said volcano known as Mount Spiral long dead for years now and goes in- here we go... -walks as he tries to find a good spot to use his ability just like he did when tangle sent him on a quest about whisper's past-

Buildings: -scortched from war as well as hardened Magma everywhere formed into Obsidian and such-

Broken and rusted Suicide eggbots: -everywhere while some are covered under the harden magma of the obsidian-

Jared: -feels the an energy spike to where he will use his ability and then focuses all energies and begins-

Holograms of the attack: -shows and such as well as the volcano that was threatened to blow and eggbots blowing everywhere and shows where Tangle's parents was standing and driving away from the attack and sees several bots blow up the car mortally injuring them and then volcano erupting with lava coming out quick and such and pyroclastic flow of heat killing tangle's parents-

Holograms of after the attack: -shows a lot of Resistance troopers with Tangle's grandfather being part of it as a volunteer and such and finding the remains of Tangle's parents and his daughter and son in law as the holograms end-

Jared: -breathes in and out from the rebreather as he saw what he saw as he had a horrified look as he knows what really happened as he knows the truth and remains silent to gather his own thoughts of what he saw and of course closes eyes and then opens them and heads out leaving the village at peace and gets on his vehicle and speeds off back to town to tell Jewel what he has found-

-later at the house-

Jared: -take off the rebreather as he unequips it and such and then sees tangle who just came in to see whos home-

Jewel: -worried- well... did you..

Jared: sigh... yes... I know everything now.... I learned that.. tangle's parents was... killed from eggman's robots... the ones that blows up

Jewel: mmhmm

Jared: I also met Tangle's grandparents I can tell they have japanese background and such... -whispers- and uhh don't tell tangle but her grandparents is gonna moving into our neighborhood across the straight of our residence thats gonna be purchased soon

Jewel: I see..

Jared: how is tangle btw...

Jewel: last I checked on her she's still in our room.. probably looking photos of her parents on her laptop

Jared: alright thanks... -heads upstairs-

-Tangle, Whisper and Jewel's bedroom-

Tangle: -looking at photos of her parents on her laptop and such and feels a hand on her shoulder and looks to see its Jared who is looking to her in worry-

Jared: Tangle... I... jewel gave me a quest... regarding on what happened to you.... and- -hears tangle stiffle a sob- Tangle??

Tangle: -starts to cry as hugs Jared and starts to cry on his chest-

Jared: -worried as he grits his teeth and then proceeds to hug tangle back petting her softly letting her know everything is gonna be okay daddy's here-

Kane: -hearing his sister cry and worried as he knows what happened and had a feeling Jared was gonna investigate this and walks in and comforts tangle as well-

Tangle: -crying hugging both her adopted dad and biological big brother-

-later on in the living room-

Jared: -watching tv-

Tangle: -comes out of her room finally as she walks downstairs as she couldn't sleep from all the crying and sits next to Jared-

Jared: -looks to Tangle-

Jared: hey Tangle... how ya holding up??

Tangle: a lil better.. but.. couldn't sleep

Jared: I know the feeling kiddo... -pets her softly-

Tangle: -looks to Jared as Jared wipes her tears as she smiles a lil-

Jared: -smiles- atta girl thats what I wanted to see... a smile

Tangle: -hugs Jared- Dad

Jared: hu??

Tangle: thank you...

Jared: no problem kiddo

Tangle: Dad??

Jared: hu??

Tangle: I love you

Jared: -hugs her close and smiles- love ya too kiddo and... gotta remember.. the past is in the past... never look back in the past... and look forward to the future... we all been through a lot of hell in our lifetimes but in the end... we are stronger.... what doesn't kill us... makes us stronger... as for ya parents they will watch you from the heavens.. always.... remember that okay kiddo??

Tangle: alright -smiles to Jared- thanks dad

Jared: -smiles and looks to the ghosts of Tangle's parents-

Kentaro and Ishi: -as ghosts and smiles and glad tangle has new parents to watch her-

Jared: -in his mind: rest in peace.... Kentaro and Ishi-

Kentaro and Ishi: -fades into the afterlife as they're unfinished business is done-

Scene: -fades to black slowly-

Kentaro and Ishi: -echos- good luck Jared Amadeus Prower... soul walker of the truth
