i did not know this character existed until silverzeo commissioned this from me. I really like this cat, but was a little annoyed that in the show, lunitics, he was just a skinny cat in a cyborg suit. So I tore off his gauntlets and made him REALLY that big and buff. In his hand is of course, tweety.

I see that Sylth Vester has caught the Royal Tweetums in this drawing. Good drawing.
