If you follow me, you know by now that my favorite part of vore and stuffing, marginally more so than the bellies themselves is the burpage. That shit is my jam, fam. So when  cheshirecatmaster whipped up this template, I knew that I was gonna be all over that shit. I also knew that because there are so many greatass burps in media, I guaran-fucking-tee this list is inaccurate because there's bound to be a whole fuckton I'm forgetting.

Kinda undermines the entire point of me even making the list, don't it.

But burps be tight and I wanna talk about 'em so fuck it. Here's my list of the top 15 that I thought long and hard about and am sure will need revisions later.

Unlike Cheshire's list, mine doesn't always involve vore or stuffing. In fact, they don't even always involve characters I know about or always give a shit about. Mine is purely about the scenes and the burpees themselves. Dunno if that's against the rules, but you know what they say. Rules are made to be broken. Like my heart when I couldn't put Waylon on this list because his best burps are in comic form and the one from Beyond Gotham is only aight imho.

15. Natsu, from Fairy Tail.
If my constant commissions of Salamander boi from  incredibleediblecalico didn't already give it away, this boi is my favorite anime boi. He's a lovable dumbass with abs to spare, who's a giant glutton and rowdy as the dickens. And he's also canonically burped a few times in the show and manga. The most known moment is when Natsu swallowed a fucking explosion to keep his friends safe and ended up nice and bloated. The scene is dope. He gives his bloated belly a few pats, talks about how fast he ate in a groggy manner and lets out a low, rumbling burp. All good shit, fam. This would be number 1 if the burp were louder and if his belly were bloated the right way and not all fucking Russian doll-ified. Like for real, Willem Dafuq is up with the weird-ass bloats Natsu always has in this show?

14. Cthulhu, from The Simpsons.
Yep. Motherfucking Cthulhu is on this list, and from a Halloween special opening to a once very funny show that can't even make me chuckle anymore from how painfully unfunny it's become after thirty years. Anyway, the premise is Homer and the fam ended up in a cursed city full of Cthulhu-worshipping fish people, and Cthulhu himself emerges to I think devour his sacrifices or whatever, but in order to spare his family, Homer challenges Cthulhu to an eating contest. And wins. By the end of the contest, Cthulhu is groggy, bloated and way too stuffed to eat another bite, then burps before stumbling in defeat of Homer's gluttony. The burp itself is average, but what makes this scene is the fucking image of this bloated fish god of pure evil groaning and gripping his fat, aching belly as you can see in the picture. Make the burp louder and more rumbly and you got a "holyshityesouttaten" on your hands with this scene.

Still pretty great tho.

Less great for Cthulhu since he vows to grant Homer whatever wish he desires if he wins. Spoiler alert: his wish was to eat Cthulhu himself.

13. Dinobot, from Beast Wars.
Is eating a clone cannibalism? Yes. Is eating a clone of yourself fucked up? Yes. Is Dinobot going on about how delicious his handsome clone meal was before flicking a residual scale off his fangs onto Optimus Primal's face before letting out a big, rumbling belch of satisfaction some good shit? Holy shit yes. Would be better if Dinobot had shown the impacts of his meal with a bloated belly and some rubs or pats but it was the 90's. Take what you can get amirite?

12. Soul Evans, from Soul Eater.
Burps in anime are rare, but when they aren't just stock burps or someone saying the word "geppu," they're fucking great. Like when Soul, in the very first episode, devours all 100 demon souls and one witch soul to finally power up, complete with a great scene of him opening nice and wide, shoving the soul right into his mouth, chewing and gulping heartily with a glorious throat bulge expecting to "level up." Instead, he gets nauseous, covers his mouth and burps pretty deeply beneath his hands. Wish there was more, but still some damn good shit tbh.

11. Extroyer, from Max Steel.
Extroyer's a great pred. He's this burly mutant man with a great aesthetic who can shapeshift into a bunch of mutated giant animals that have all seen their share of attempts to eat the titular Max Steel and usually get pretty burpy whenever their attempts fail. My favorite moment was Extroyer in his normal form. He just finished dumpster diving as a panther, and was complaining to his goons about how he's a superior being who deserves way more respect and adoration, before he starts hacking and burping repeatedly, eventually burping up a damn fish skeleton. Nothing quite says "look at my superiority" quite like burping up literal garbage. But it's the fact that this form, imo, is his most appealing to me that gives it the edge. And the added humor of bitter irony.

10. Bulkhead, from Transformers TAS.
Who among my robot belly loving homies here don't love them some Bulk-boi? He's a big, husky teddy bear who's best buddies with smol bot-boi, Bumblebee, and a dangerous klutz. But he's also quite gluttonous and has burped a good few times on the show. My favorite example was when he was making friends in the wrong places, befriending these two construction bots with no memories, and they were encouraging him to be less responsible about fuel consumption. So he starts chugging an entire canister of fuel in one go like a beer can, pulls it away after finishing, burping immediately, and after catching his breath, lets out another, bigger burp, sighs and crushes the can. Dat be some good shit.

9. Jet, from Kung Fu Dino Posse.
I've only been shown bits and pieces of this show. Seems fun but not interested enough to check out the show tbh. That said, bunch of characters can get pretty burpy in this show, including a tubby, dopy dinosaur goon who works for the hammy, drama queen main villain. My favorite tho is Jet, one of the main characters of the show because it's a great example of why I love 'burp talk' when done right.

8. Eatle, from Ben 10.
You can thank  rchlisnomsome for this one. Ben is a really burpy boi all throughout all of the shows. Be it through his many aliens or just him and his smoothies. But the absolute best burping scene in the show to me, is when he's Eatle. He gets smashed by debris, but monches his way through all the concrete and metal, and once he's clear of the rubble, lets out a huge, hefty sounding burp that isn't just a stock burp either. Shit is legit marvelous.

7. Donatello, from TMNT 2003.
We all know that Mikey is the burpiest turtle boi on the show and in this show in particular, he had some great burps, my favorite being when he had a pretty bad bellyache from swallowing a key he had to regurgitate and lets out a really guttural burp after regurgitating and having to run with his brothers while cradling his aching stomach in a space episode. That was my favorite burp on the show until I saw the opening of "Graduation Day," where of all people, Donnie gets the best burp in the entire show at the end of Splinter's test. He has to take a glass to Master Splinter without a drop hitting the floor. Well, a bunch of traps make that hard and almost knock the glass out of Donnie's hands. So to keep it from hitting the floor, he rushes to gulp the spilling water down in one go, technically beating the challenge.

And when he presents the glass, this moment happens at 1:54.

6. The Hydra, from Hercules.
It's the motherfucking Hydra scene. A perfectly wet, squelching gulp accompanying a glorious throat bulge, followed by a massive burp that isn't just a stock burp, followed by a contented look of satisfaction and a smack of the chops. The only other thing we could've asked for was the Hydra not getting fucking beheaded one second later and more Hercules fighting within the belly and making the Hydra even more burpy.

5. Scorpinox, from Super Dinosaur.
This is a one off monster who is basically just a big fat glutton eating some volatile materials and having explosive centipedes pop out of dat chubby belly of his. It's kinda gross tbh, but the burps are fantastic. They aren't stock burps, and he lets out a few just from his gorging alone. But when SD himself tries to fight back and shoots a missile at him with the taunt, "EAT THIS!" the fucking idiot catches the missile, literally does it, then it explodes in his belly and he lets out a huge, smoky belch. It's fantastic, and accompanied by a smaller burp right after when SD shoots another missile right into his mouth. It's the look of the monster himself and the really, really good burps they used for this scene and how Scorpinox's big fat gut was literally jiggling as he belched. Dat shit is my heart.

4. Lugey, from Storm Hawks.
Junko is the burpiest character on the show, and easily my favorite character. But Lugey is just more visually appealing and still just a fun dumbass. He's also incredibly gluttonous and has burped a good few times on the show as probably the second burpiest boi of the bunch. His best is when Junko is showing him around the kitchen and gives him a bunch of food to try out, and Lugey just downs all of it in one go, then immediately grabs his chonky belly and lets out a big, hefty and pretty lengthy belch in Junko's direction. You actually see Lugey's hand push further and further into his fat gut while he burps and it's just kind of perfect imo.

3. The Veggie Gremlin, from Gremlins 2: The New Batch.
I love this fucking movie. It's just so self aware and goofy in contrast to the much more straight faced and scary first Gremlins movie. And the meta humor is superb. The Gremlins are a bunch of mischief causing, evil little motherfuckers, and when they break into this lab and start drinking a bunch of Christopher Lee's experimental formulas, one Gremlin drinks a veggie formula that causes him to start mutating into a sentient salad bar. But all the while, as it's happening, for some reason, the mutation causes him to burp uncontrollably. And each one is this loud, forceful eruption, getting really aggressive sounding in the best possible way.

2. Gutsman, from Mega-Man: Fully Charged.
Again, Rchlis is to blame for this one because holy shit, Guts boi as a big fat gluttonous sad sack with a heavy Russian accent is not the version of Gutsman I thought I needed in my life until I saw this. And the ending intro episode to him is fantastic. Mega toddler tricks Gutsy into guzzling tons and tons of water to the point where his belly becomes massive, wobbling and sloshing like liquid metal, and leaves him groaning groggily until a giant belch quite literally explodes out of him, deflating his belly and blasting all throughout the lab in spectacular fashion.

1. SD, from Super Dinosaur.
This is an example of a character I don't know a lot about but do like from what I've seen. SD is this sassy young teenage dinosaur who's best friends with a teenage boy and rocks robot arms to accommodate for his tiny regular dino arms. He's burped a few times on the show, and his most notorious one is when he lets out this massive, like twenty second long burp. But my all time favorite is this scene when he helps his best friend get his grandpa free from this space prison. Prior to escaping, SD monches on a bunch of these strange crystals not from their world, which he says taste surprisingly good. But then after they jump through the portal and land back home, SD's belly gurgles deeply and he groans about how amazing their journey was before letting out a huge, deep belch and groggily walking away, cradling his gurgling belly with one hand, and covering his mouth with the other. But not before letting out a lengthy, nauseous sounding afterburp, and one more tiny one right after that, none of which were your basic stock burps either.

The scene itself is just perfect. From his facial expression mid-burp, the subtle gurgling you can hear from his gut, lumbering away while cradling his belly, and of course, the two chain-burps that followed as he's walking away. It's the textbook example of what a near-perfect burp scene is to me. A big loud one, indigestion, holding his belly and slumping away before more burps roll out of him. If he were a little bloated, then it would truly be perfect. But at least as far as I can recall off the top of my head. It's as perfect as perfect gets for me.

But once again, I may be forgetting a whole fuckton of other burp scenes, so take it all with a grain of salt.
