The legs seem a bit... flat. Mmm. Upper body is fine, thouigh.
Background is a bit plain.

Yeah, background is what I'm working on next.
I went for the toothpic legs, considering... well, he's a crow. His right leg is all kinds of crazy, though. That definitely needs re-doing.

I like this piece, lots of expression, foot anatomy is a tad off, but other than that, it's awesome :3
You think he would work better without the boots? I've never drawn crowfeet (lol) before, so it intimidated me a bit.
Crow feet IMO are fun. If you study them. Maybe develope a style sheet and try diffrent mixes of a cartoonish and realistic mix. As I see in this peice, its realistic, but not like terribly, obviously, cos he has clothes :P but I'd give a shot and revise it. bird legs are hard too since the knee bend is opposite. So. May want to keep the legs and just do the feet, their ankles seem like they go in the angle his boot is in in the first place. But I think the actual foot would look more natural.
Now that I look more closely; yeah, that really makes sense. I'll give it a shot. :)
I lvoe how shggy the guitar looks, i got something to learn there. He looks kinda mad and evil.
The guitar was one of my favorite things to do with this piece! I love making worn-down and broken things.
Its fun, yeah. Im writing a comic abut a homeless busker, and her guitar is what I got the most problem drawing. I dunno why guitars are so hard to draw, but you nailed it.
I have a problem drawing anything with a non-organic shape, so my father's piece-of-crap guitar was heavily referenced for this. I'm sure there are tons of refs online you could use, though.
So this is what you were working on, it turned out awesome, Horror. X3
I like the back ground kinda has a erie in the middle of nowhere feeling.
Really? I was planning on adding a cabin or windmill or something... Maybe just some more dead grass will do it then.
This is really nice, I think what is making the right leg look so thin is the comparison of the left, since looking at the left pant leg, it widens quite a bit at the bottom (Much like bell bottoms), however the right pant leg appears extremely narrow and almost barely hugging the leg itself, but that really seems to be the only thing that's problematic, it's still great either way :)
