Heh, he doesn't actually make an appearance in my story directly - more just the lore/mythology - but I have talked with friends what form he might hypothetically take. Making his stone fayth sounds like it would be fun, though! <333

Ifrit is my favorite of all of the FFX summons, mostly because he go RAAAAAWR when he lands. :3 He's basically a big angry helldoggoman thing. Bahamut is a close 2nd though. Oh, but I do love Anima (partially because of the story, partially because she's just badass)... So I guess it depends on my mood who gets 2nd fav, heh.
