"<i>Help! I don't know what's happening to me!</i>"
From the episode, "Family Business".
Jake Long, jealous of his sister, Haley, taking his glory being better than him, despite getting early training with her dragon powers, decides to prank his sister by adding in some "dragon giggles" in her drink. As the photo session starts, her powers get out of control leading her to fart flames, blow bubbles and swell up like a balloon. It was funny for Jake to have pranked his sister, until a group of hobgoblins came in to attack them. And with Haley unable to fight back she was easy to capture.

I remember dat scene ALL too well. 1 of the very few canon female inflation scene's too.
Of course, they don't show how she deflated...but I bet the fart she gave a second earlier was enough to know how.
