I've been working on this for a little bit, hope it's better than my usual nonsense!
Chloe is a bit of a dumb. At least she's smart enough to know she's dumb, though. That makes her smart. Like Socrates.
Speaking of Athenians, Chloe actually means "blooming" and "fertility" as a Greek name. She's blooming in some ways, I guess.
It also relates to the colors yellow and green through its root, which are her colors!
