Benny is a very skilled pilot, and knows how to handle any form of aircraft from fighter jets to zeppelins. Being a dragonfly, he can also fly well by himself, as his wings can make him go from 0 to 230 mph in only 3.5 seconds, making him one of the speediest criminals around.

Bio:
Benjamin Draconovsky was born in St. Petersburg, Russia to a family of middle class farmers. While they were making an honest living, they were basically bored with being farmers. So, as he got older, Benny decided to join the Russian air force and become a pilot for them. During his time in basic training, Benny demonstrated his species' ability to fly really fast thanks to his speedy wings, and he also developed a keen eye for piloting aircraft, and even learned how to pilot even the most complicated of aircrafts. After graduating, Benny was quickly put in the Russian air force, and became one of the finest pilots the world has ever known.
Because of his growing success as a pilot, Benny enjoyed the high life, becoming quite popular with the ladies. He even helped the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force stop Aero Falcon from destroying the Petropolis Air Base. Unfortunately, he was then replaced by an even more handsome pilot, and he thought he was being backstabbed by his own boss. Furious, Benny left the country, and turned to a life of crime in Petropolis, California, occasionally crossing paths with Kitty's father, Sean Connery Katswell. His crimes soon caught the attention of the notorious Lord Komodo, and asked him to swear his allegiance to the Crimson Komodo Clan. Seeing how he had nowhere else to go, he accepted, and became the Clan's engineer under the name "Benny the Jet."
Years after Sean's death, Benny assisted Lord Komodo and the rest of the Clan in ransacking Kitty's old home in Catsville in hopes learning the location of the Katswell Family Archives. Even though Kitty and her family fled to Petropolis, the Clan was successful in finding the Archives' location, and Benny was charged with shipping the illegal spice that Spyder Monkey quantumly enhanced to restaurants, super markets, delis, and night clubs all over the world from the Austrian-German border. Benny put his knowledge of flying to good use, and developed a shipping empire that stretched to Europe, Asia, and the United States. He even shipped them to Count Bloodbath in Romania for him to use in is dinner parties.
Once Team Katswell got word of this on their quest to reclaim the Katswell Family Archives, and put an end to the Crimson Komodo Clan's illegal spice operation. They were able to destroy two of Benny's shipments to Asia and Europe, and Kitty decided that they could jury-rig the shipment to the USA to get to New York City to stop Spyder Monkey. While she did that, Dudley was tasked with taking care of Benny, and bring him in. After fighting off his guards, Dudley and Benny started fighting, and eventually fell off, causing Jake to catch them in TUFF's newest vehicle, the Gyro-Bobsled. After Jake and Dudley slapped the handcuffs on him, Kitty was able to drop him off at the NYPD headquarters (after she crash-landed the plane). But, Benny the Jet still remains loyal to his villainous cause, and vows to get even with Team Katswell one day.

Personality & Traits:
Benny is very prideful and cocky due to is reputation of being declared the greatest pilot in the world. This makes him seem like a bad team player at first, but if the odds are in his favor, he's willing to work for any criminal mastermind in the world. But, his true loyalties still lie with Lord Komodo, and the Crimson Komodo Clan. Benny may be cocky but he shouldn't be underestimated.
Benny is also very slick with the ladies (except for the ones on Team Katswell, Kitty especially). Also, when it comes to his allies on the Crimson Komodo Clan, his cocky behavior tends to annoy them endlessly, especially Bluster Walrus. And, even though he's very loyal to Lord Komodo, he's still afraid of his power, and could squash him like the bug he is at the drop of a hat.
He also tends to be very petty about his personal faults. Since he's such a perfectionist, he gets testy whenever his favorite plane goes missing, and often goes into a panic for a while. He also doesn't like getting shot out of the sky during battle, as he thinks it's damaging to his reputation. But, no matter how testy he tends to be, Benny still believes he's the best around, and will stop at nothing to help the Crimson Komodo Clan take down Team Katswell.

So, that's Benny the Jet for ya.
