Okay, here's a TUFF character that's kinda hard for me to interpret. It's Beau Barker, a TUFF character belonging to https://www.deviantart.com/acidslurp . Since this person is barely on DeviantArt anymore, I didn't have that much information on Beau. So, I made my own story for him on his Team Katswell Character Guide. I hope it helps.

Beau is a natural at Lucha Libre wrestling from Mexico, since it has been passed down in his family for generations. However, in addition to his wrestling skills, Beau is also a sharp shot with any form of firearm, and could shoot a target at point blank without even breaking a sweat.

Bio:
Beau Barker was born in Brooklyn, New York to a New York taxi driver, and a Mexican waitress at a taco restaurant, but didn't know that his mom was a Lucha Libre (masked wrestling) champion until he was about 5 years old. He learned that his Luchador heritage dates back to when it was invented back in the 1700s, and his family has been champions for years on end. After learning about this, Beau wanted to carry on his mother's legacy, and become a Lucha Libre legend like his mother, and his ancestors before him.
So, each day after school, Beau's mom would train him in the basics of Lucha Libre wrestling, and most importantly, the fact that Lucha Libre is about honor, and to treat your opponent with respect and dignity. He remembered that trait, and became knowledgeable about Lucha Libre, but at the cost of learning about everything else, causing him to fail a lot in school. Beau didn't care about that, because once he finished high school, he went on to become the first Lucha Libre contender to hail from Brooklyn, and was on the right track in continuing his family's legacy as Lucha Libre champions.
However, after being champ for over 3 years, Beau became bored with the same old wrestling matches, and wanted to make a name for his family aside from Lucha Libre. So, he retired from the Lucha Libre business, and went off to find a more exciting form of work for his skills. It was then he found an ad for the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force looking for new recruits, and thought that it was the big break he was looking for. So, he arrived in Petropolis, California, and even though he had trouble looking for TUFF HQ, he was able to find it just in time for orientation. It was there he met Kitty Katswell and the rest of Team Katswell who were in charge of briefing the new recruits on their future duties.
During Jake's marksman lecture, Beau found an interest in firearms, and wanted to try it out. Jake was giving him pointers on how to properly fire the gun, and eventually, he became a natural at sharp-shooting. But, the timing couldn't be any better, when Donovan launched an attack on TUFF HQ in an attempt to steal TUFF's latest weapon to use against DOOM. He was successful in stealing the weapon, and kidnapping Team Katswell, but Donovan didn't count on Beau stowing away in his helicopter en-route to his base camp on the outskirts of the city. Once the time was right, Beau surprised Donovan, and demonstrated his Lucha Libre skills and marksmanship by rescuing the team and the weapon. Ever since, Kitty's been grateful for Beau's help, and he was made a full-time agent, making him a common ally to Team Katswell when need be.

Personality & Traits:
Beau is a very brave and noble TUFF agent, but he's not very bright at all. As stated before, he gave up a proper education to learn about how to be a Lucha Libre champion. But, despite his lack of education, he's a quick learner, and understands what he has to do once he has his task explained to him in crystal clarity. He may not be so smart, but Beau knows enough to be a great TUFF agent.
Despite being half-Mexican and half-American, Beau still loves his family very much, especially his mother, who was his Lucha Libre teacher. Once he became a TUFF agent, he's become quite popular amongst the agency, and became pretty close friends with Dudley Puppy. Elvis, however, saw Beau as a potential rival to his wrestling skills given his Lucha Libre background, but he doesn't hate him for it. In fact, Elvis respects Beau's skills as a Luchador.
Beau loves his mom's Mexican cooking, and would make it his last meal if he had to. But, because of his lack of a proper education, Beau tends to be pretty oblivious to the world around him at times, which has become his biggest weakness. He sometimes doesn't know what's going on until it's too late. Nevertheless, Beau's still a highly skilled TUFF agent, and does his best to help TUFF bring down even the toughest of evils.
