Ouch! This does look painful! Now I want to see how Kel would look like with long "hair" :)
I was seriously considering adding lizardy "spines" on the bottom of his neck and dewlap, as well as spiny stubble on his chin and jaw... but I forgot about it tpwards the end. XD
