I wanted to play a around with the way I shaded art and I have to say this new way suits me well! I have always seen other artist just fill a base color/Gary and shade and highlight then add the colors / markings

I normally color first shade after but doing it this way made me think about how the shadow would look and not making it highlight the marking or going to light in a attempt to better keep the true colors of the sona.

This way feels like it looks better to me so I think I’ll keep doing it from here on out! May do a raffle for a yacht of this work so keep ya peepers out for that
